WHEN DO MEMBERSHIPS BEGIN?
Memberships activate from opening week in August.
WHEN DO FOUNDATION MEMBERSHIPS CLOSE?
When the amount of allocated memberships are filled
IS THIS SUITABLE FOR FIRST-TIMERS?
Absolutely. Navia is designed to feel welcoming whether you’re new to bathhouse rituals or already love contrast therapy.
CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes. Members may pause their membership for up to 4 complimentary weeks annually. Beyond this, additional pause weeks are available for $5 per week to hold your place in the Navia community.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE INCLUDED?
Unlimited access to Australia’s largest Traditional Finnish sauna, steam room, magnesium hot pools, cold plunge and ice plunge experiences.
IS THERE A LOCK-IN CONTRACT?
Foundation Memberships are part of a 12-month founding commitment. Should you need to leave early, we ask for 2 weeks’ notice and payment of 50% of the remaining membership term.
We approach exceptional circumstances, including illness or relocation, with care and understanding. Please refer to your membership agreement for full details.
WHEN DO MY PAYMENTS START?
Your first payment secures your membership. Ongoing payments resume once Navia Prahran opens.
